UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon denounced as "unacceptable" the public flogging of a young girl in Pakistan's Swat region, and called for ensuring respect for basic human rights. "While I appreciate different systems and traditions in many different countries, respecting and upholding basic human rights - this is most important," he said. "I am glad that the Chief Justice of Pakistan (Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry) has taken the right decision," Ban said. In this regard, the UN chief called on government leaders to "fully respect" the universally accepted human rights. Ban also urged Afghan President Hamid Karzai to abolish the new law which severely infringes on the basic human rights of women.

In Pakistan there were be gigantic protest has been seen against the barbaric act flogging the girl. On the other hand the Taliban is declaring the act as core Islamic punishment for convicted of illicit connection or adultery. I am very amazed, how they can decide it without getting the formality of Islamic requirements, which may applicable to sentence. It's a very clear indication in Islam that without testimony of four persons that must be role model of the society the sentenced could not be carried out. Taliban said that the militants had seen the electrician at the home of alleged girl, when her husband was not present. They claimed that it is enough to give the sentence. The said theory of Taliban could not interpret the Islamic Provision. Islam is the religion of peace and dignity. The Islam sentenced also required such society where the followers were abiding all Clauses of Islamic Culture.

I am narrating the expression of an aggrieved person on the deplorable incident of flogging, which is portrays and true picture of masses. "If it was my daughter, starting with the man delivering lashes, I would have put a bullet through every one`s eyes gathered there. I can`t stress enough my disappointment with those defending the most deplorable, shameless, barbaric and un-Islamic actions of these self-righteous barbarians."

The government should stand and probe the incident whether it was not the conspiracy against the Pakistan and Islam and if the incident occurred in factual position then the right must be taken so the in future anyone could not take the law into his hand.
